It was a clear crisp morning. Whatever water had settled on cars, buildings and land froze over night. The earth crunched underneath my feet. I breathed in the clean cold air and thought how fortunate to be able to witness such a morning.
A burnt orange cat greeted me but soon lost interest and found a post to scratch and stretch. As I saw the clouds accumulate on the horizon, I could not help but be amazed by the subtle soft range colours in the sky slowly slipping away to brightness. Welcome to a new day…..
